● Give Flash Fiction authors their prompts and accept the Flash Fiction stories.

As an Intern Author PA, you will be an integral part of our publishing team, working closely with our authors to ensure their success. Your responsibilities will include:
· Scheduling for Parties and Hops: Assist in organizing and scheduling virtual book release parties, blog tours, and social media hops to generate buzz and engage readers. (Cover reveals and new releases)
· Closing Giveaways: Manage and coordinate giveaways on various platforms, ensuring a smooth and fair selection process for winners.
· Creation and Emailing of Newsletters: Draft and compile newsletters featuring book updates, author interviews, and other engaging content. Coordinate with authors to gather necessary information and distribute newsletters to subscribers.
· Promotional Graphics: Create eye-catching graphics for social media posts, and promotional materials to enhance the marketing efforts of our authors. (Posts to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok)
· ARC/Alpha/Beta/Street Teams Creation and Management: Establish and manage Advanced Reader Copy (ARC), Alpha, Beta, and Street Teams for our authors. Coordinate the distribution of review copies, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships with team members.
Additional Duties: Provide general administrative support to authors, assist with social media management, conduct research, and contribute ideas to optimize marketing strategies. (Schedule and run takeovers and participation in other authors parties, Keep authors schedules, creation of Linktrees and Google Docs, frequent posts of authors old, upcoming, preorders and new released books.)
We are looking for someone with Editing and Proofreading Skills.
